St. Galler Kantonalbank AG – playing it safe

As an all-purpose bank, the St. Galler Kantonalbank is mainly active in the fields of real estate and corporate finance, standardised banking services and private banking. Clients can take advantage of these banking services at 37 offices throughout the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden, together with another office in Zurich.
New levels of security with SecuriSafe
The ageing intrusion alarm system at the St. Galler Kantonalbank headquarters was completely modernised this year, with the existing system being replaced by the new IP-based SecuriSafe intrusion alarm system from Securiton. This security solution renders any intrusion attempt futile, with the system reliably monitoring the premises at the St. Galler Kantonalbank headquarters . The future-oriented IP technology used in SecuriSafe is designed for extreme precision, short response times and increased efficiency.
The St. Galler Kantonalbank already experienced what SecuriSafe had to offer before modernising the system at its headquarters. In several branches, the existing intrusion alarm systems were renewed or modernised, or third-party systems were replaced. It was no accident that the SecuriSafe system was chosen: The St. Galler Kantonalbank also replaced their security management system at the same time and decided on the SecuriLink UMS universal management system – also from Securiton. All business units are now also connected to the new SecuriLink UMS, which collects all messages from the intrusion and fire alarm systems and enables user-friendly alarm processing.
