REACH declaration

Declaration according to the regulation EC 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

The REACH directive affects us as a mere downstream user.

Obligations to preregister or register substances or chemicals, arising from manufacturing and placing them on the market, do not apply to us. 

As delivered to you, our products are not to be defined as substances or mixtures according to article 3 of the directive. 

Since no dangerous substances are released during normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, article 7 of the directive does not apply as well. 

According to article 33 of the directive, we will inform you on gaining knowledge from our suppliers, that their articles contain substances with a proportion of more than 0.1 %, which are identified by the European Chemicals Agency ECHA as being of very high concern.
