Flexible working hours

To ensure that your private life is not neglected, you can actively organise your working hours within the framework of annual working hours. As far as your role allows, we support working from home and part-time work. Regular working hours are 40 hours per week.

Holiday and remuneration

Sufficient free time

You have at least 5 weeks holiday per year and can extend your holiday over the Christmas and New Year period and after Ascension Day by working a few minutes more each day. In addition to the thirteenth month's salary, we also offer an annual performance bonus.
